Here are a lot of shiny knives who have never cut anything....that's sadly. I think a knife is a working tool even the 200 $ knife. This is my EDC for the last couple of days.

Thanks, Kris. The photo of the perfect swedge and edge bevel are almost mesmerizing to me.
I've tried some grinding/sanding mods myself, and Don's work is just off the charts awesome.

Beautiful. Too bad that carbon steel Laguioles aren't readily available. Most of the ones you see are stainless.

Back from city, Vic is out and the Boker congress is back in my pocket

Fotobaeraci nice Laguiole I have two, a En Aurbrac with juniper scales, and a Rossignol with horn, both great solid tools took one as my only knife camping for two weeks about 15 years ago can handle anything, used the Rossignol when I was doing carpentry, they are among me favorites.

Kamagong if you go to En Aurbrac's web page you can build your own knife with choice of steel.

Not today! I work at a turbine test facility, but there's only four employees here so we do everything (electrical, plumbing, fabrication, welding, lawn care etc.) Fun place!
