What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Just the new SAK for the farm this morning. I added the Case XX for a lunch at Church.

WHOA !!! I had NO idea CASE made a spreader. I have a stainless one from Sani-Safe that is my all time favorite sandwich knife.

I'm pretty sure it's from a garage sale, but I'd guess they still have one in their kitchen line. Just the thing for cutting commercial coffee cake out of its wispy aluminum tray, without worrying about the countertop.

Pretty fancy Mr. Jim !!!:thumbsup:☺️

Thank you sir !!! :) ... But well, pretty much standard classic Capuchadou with plain 'ol smooth cattle bone and satin finish bolster and blade (which I prefer), from Fontenille Pataud.
Fontenille Pataud DOES make a truly quite fancy Guilloche version of the Capuchadou with extra file work and a gemstone in the center of the clover/shamrock.

Good morning Porch Friends
Me and the Mrs. are going to one of local historic towns and visit some antique shops.
Sounds like fun. Did you find any knives?
