I did! I found some good ones.
But the owner knew what he had and they were priced accordingly.
I was tempted by a mint Black Box Winchester Sowbelly, but I'm not a big fan of the frame.
He also had an almost mint old Bone Schrade Jack knife, but the price was more than I wanted to pay for it.
There were others that had me looking, but in the end i didn't buy any of them... banking the money for something I really want.

I grabbed the 86 thinking…if this one doesn’t bring them out I don’t know what will. I really didn’t expect to see one this morning since it’s 32 degrees, but when I placed my knife on the stump for a picture I looked under the log and spotted one. 😊

What a beautiful pair Mr. Primble . I also have an 83 in my pocket . It is a great little knife to carry for light duty and the long thong makes for some great accessibility . The little 14 will most likely just stay in a slip in my pocket for that Stag Feel Good feeling .

Good morning Mr. Harry ! I concur with your feelings on the 83. It is a great knife for the watch pocket ! I don't have any of the 14's, but, I like them. They look like a nice carry size.

My problem today is the Wrangler jeans I purchased a few years back has a long slim watch pocket and putting a knife in it makes retrieval difficult. I don't know why they changed that - I can't think of many things that you would place in it that wouldn't be hard to get out. I have a thong on my dark brewed 83, but, not the Bocote one. I think I need to switch to the other 83 today and try it in my long slim watch pocket and see how that works. Thank you for the idea ! :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:☺️

That is a fine compliment Jon and is much appreciated ! :thumbsup:😊 Most of my knives I have a photo or two that represents them well enough and some I don't. It is frustrating for me to have a fine looking knife and not be able to present it well. I suppose it is for any of us.
