Wow Jeremy, that shot of Mt. Rainier is amazing. Enjoy your trip.Hope everyone’s week is off to a good start. Haven’t posted here in a few days as I spent Mother’s Day with my wife and boys before heading to the airport at 3am on Monday to fly to the West Coast for work this week. If anyone in the Puget Sound area wants to get together for a beer between now and Friday night let me know. I’m on the Kitsap side of the sound.
Brought this Case Half Whittler with me on this trip.

Thanks Todd. I’ve flown into Seattle a few times before for work but the approach has been significantly further north. Suffice it to say I was excited to see Ranier much closer. Also got to see Gilbert’s Peak and Mount Adams during the same flight, though I didn’t take pictures of either of those.Wow Jeremy, that shot of Mt. Rainier is amazing. Enjoy your trip.![]()
Ranier sure is beautiful, Jim, along with most of the area out here. Got to spend time over in the Olympic peninsula when I lived out here (in Poulsbo) about 6 years ago. I’m back out here at PSNS to observe training for a piece of equipment my company is working to get fielded.I live close to Rainier, so close an evening drive into the park can be done in under 25 minutes. What are you doing up on the Kitsap side?
