  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Two nice and under appreciated knives right there Crappie. I love how the shields flies on that 12. 😎👍
Looking good, Todd. 🤠
Thanks John, a real bargain! 🤣👍

Scout Knife of the Week is an old beat-up Imperial:

1-Blade Knife of the Week (kind of a lame category, I know, but I'm somewhat prejudiced in theory against single-bladed pocket knives) is a Victorinox Florist (a 1-bladed knife against which I'm not prejudiced in practice at all):

We're having company for a few days. An old Air Force buddy and his wife are coming to visit from York, Maine.
I told him to bring his knives that might need sharpening.

How did you attach the wooden baseplate? The model I have has a small base which means one hand holds the sharpener while trying to control the knife with the other.
Thanks

I had a Lon Humphrey Muely that I foolishly let go a few years ago. I was really impressed with the workmanship. The hammered guard surprised and impressed me too.
I don't know what I had in my pockets that day , but I am going to check to see if I posted it . I know that on Sunday I had my 2 Stag 73's in my pockets .

Harry

I had two of the whitetails in Cocobolo. Now I have one and Harry has one. I never did anything to either. That was how Lon finished them at the time. Glad to see you like it Mr. Harry ! ☺️
This is the other one:

I need to get up with you sometime to find out what kind of lucky charms you was carrying around Harry. The first 2 names out of the bucket was Old Engineer, then R8shell, then old Engineer again. I stirred them names up really good and again after I folded them all. Seemed like some kind of force at work. Good thing for the others that I had the you can only win one knife rule. ;) 🤣🤣
This is what I had in my pockets at the time of the running of the 2022 Kentucky Derby .
Tuna Valley Stag Gunstock

And my 2 Stag Northfield 73's

And I also had the 2 Stag 73's in my pockets on Sunday when you drew the names .
