Back to the ‘94 soldier for a while. I used the tiny pen blade on the schrade to cut my apple this morning. This little knife could teach most other knives a thing or two about cutting.

Gave me a fond flashback to when the boys were teenagers.

There’s a little plastic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle out in my woods, and the same culprits are responsible for the rubber ducky I sometimes pose with my knife. They started out as genuine toys ~ the younger one was playing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles constantly for a few years ~ but eventually got strung up in the trees and shot with air rifles. “Hey Dad, can you get us some more ammo?”

I’ve noticed that your Voos still has the dark dye in the Rogers bone. The one I carried yesterday is faded in comparison. I have one with nice dark bone, but the blades are not in as good shape, so I don’t use it as often.
Nice ~ near perfect IMO ~ pair of pocket knives!

I think the Texas jack will be a great choice for tomorrow

A mighty wee bit cold today. Only supposed to see high 50's to low 60's . In an (probably futile) attempt to stay warm, I'm wearing flannel lined cargo pants today.
Since I have an "extra" right hand pocket, I decided to make use of it and add a 111mm SAK Hurceles View attachment 1823208 to the 852211 Harness Jack, 828313 Dixie Stockman, Toferner, Mini Champ, and Leatherman.

I keep the Hercules in my bag. I use it all the time around the house.

Big storms rolled through yesterday afternoon and early evening. We were lucky, no trees or limbs down, just a lot off small stuff. View attachment 1823241
