My boys are watching Spaceballs as I post this, looks like I got something right in raising them.
Good job. 🤠
My kids loved Space Balls.
It was never a favorite of mine, they found it on their own.
Great choice for knife today. 🤠
Your calendar cracks me up every day... because it's so truthful.
Nice to see the Texas Jack being called into duty again. 🤠
There no bad dog’s only questionable owners.
That's the truth. Owners are responsible for how their dogs behave.
Between high school football spring practice, my son’s basketball practices and my daughters dance classes I’m ready for the weekend!
You will miss it so much when it's over.
Jeremy has turned into quite the craftsman. 🤠
That's a great pair... Two of my favorites. 🤠
Great knife, GT. 🤠
I have two made by Camillus, Roy Rogers and Red Ryder.
They are big tanks but they are fun and solid knives.
A Lamb/Barlow Combo is very hard to beat. 🤠

Been a busy week here. At least my hens are laying some eggs. Between high school football spring practice, my son’s basketball practices and my daughters dance classes I’m ready for the weekend! 😂😂

On a really cool side note, one of our regular porch members Jeremy aka sbh06 sbh06 reached out and asked if I wanted some slips sent my way. I couldn’t say no. These slips are a thing of beauty!!! Wow! I can’t wait to use one tomorrow…now which knife to carry…Thanks again man! I definitely owe you a 🍺!!!

Love the eggs. I hear the neighbor’s hens squawking and groaning as they squeeze them out, but their guineas mostly drown tham out. Along with everything else.
It sounds like you’re in that hectic stage of a man’s life with career, and family, but your kids will always remember the time you’ve devoted to them.
Other than inventory, this will be my last Friday of work for the year.

Nice pair.
2-Blade Knife of the Week is a Rough Ryder Zorro Moose. The "moose" name is appropriate for this solidly-built, heavyweight folder.

Miscellaneous Knife of the Week is this Victorinox paring knife. When I became re-interested in traditional knives back in 2014, I "vowed" that I would stay away from fixed blade knives, since there were more folding knife patterns than I could ever hope to "master". I wonder if getting this paring knife (and an Otter paring knife that recently arrived) means I've broken my vow.

Nice that someone is reviving the Camillus movie star hero knives!
How are you totin the paring knife? I know from experience that cardboard and duct tape makes a useable sheath. 🤪
This will be my third year of scheduling this plan. I feel it reduces stress much better than the week long vacation.
Oh. That makes sense. Reading your first post about no longer working on Fridays, I figured that it was punishment for getting caught whittling in the men’s room.

Camilloschrade.
Beautiful. Why don’t I have any Uncle Henrys?
Hope you’re feeling ok, Jer!

Thanks John.
I get a chuckle out the calendar each day when I tear off the previous day's page.

Got good service from the Voos yesterday cutting baling twine for lashing up willow poles for tomato supports. So I gave it a couple strokes on a diamond stone, and a drop of Norton’s, and am going with this fine Forum knife for today. We sure hit a home run designing this one. See? Even non-baseball fans know when to use a baseball metaphor without striking out.:cool:CD0E264A-B965-45E2-9000-5495AEC4C5AD.jpegFAE20FD5-E809-439B-836E-76C13E11DCED.jpegI forgot to take a photo, but the Vic Harvester/7 helped with mt first garden pickings last night. I have some fall planted spinach and Salanova lettuce that’s really taken off. This variety of spinach has leaves as big as my head.

A mighty wee bit cold today. Only supposed to see high 50's to low 60's ☹️. In an (probably futile) attempt to stay warm, I'm wearing flannel lined cargo pants today.
Since I have an "extra" right hand pocket, I decided to make use of it and add a 111mm SAK Hurceles View attachment 1823208 to the 852211 Harness Jack, 828313 Dixie Stockman, Toferner, Mini Champ, and Leatherman. 😁
