A fabulous pair of Friday friends, it's hard to beat a couple of modern classics; super nice photo of your Barlow, as well! :D

Nice pair, GT. I’ve always liked the shadow pattern jigged bone on those Case sodbusters.
...

I had these two in my pocket today, probably stay the same tomorrow, too. The Bull Nose just came in the mail yesterday after being modified for me by @Sacto.

Thanks, Barrett; the jigged bone Case Sodbusters are sweet, although I kinda like sodbusteresque knives by any maker. And I'm a big fan of the drop point blades they typically have, although both you and JohnDF JohnDF posted Bullnoses today with REAL attractive spears mods!:thumbsup::cool:

My Canoe of the Week is a Rough Ryder mini canoe:

Trapper of the Week is a dyed RR medium trapper (thanks, Greg):

I used to have to tell my kids every meat was chicken because it was the only thing they wanted to eat.
The best was when we went to Chinese food, we love BBQ pork, and we'd tell the kids it was Chinese Red Chicken. 🤣
Fat rattlesnake steaks done on the grill with bbq sauce will easily pass for chicken. At least until they ask about those funny rib bones.
🤣 He’s far too cute to eat. Yesterday was the breeding show. My daughter didn’t win but still had a good time. She’s back there today for showmanship. I couldn’t be there today, but she called me this morning to tell me she won Champion Showman. She even got a belt buckle. She was super excited.

Great couple of knives today, Todd. That copper one is going to look cool as it ages. Looks like it might already be starting to patina.

I love that horn big un, John. 👍

🤣 It tastes like chicken. She still needed to show him again today. 😁

I knew, Jeff. It made me laugh. I hadn’t even thought about that last night when I took the picture. I was just grilling and hadn’t taken my daily knife picture yet.
I love 4H kids. In many ways they ate the best of America. Tell her Way To Go!

Edit: ARE! They are the best...

Nice to see you out "clubbing" again. 🤠
Thanks John. 😊👍
Good Morning Porch Friends and Happy Friday... TGIF
Working from home today so my carries aren't limited... going with some bigger knives today.

My Lambsfoot for today

My GEC knife for Black Friday

My Case knife for the day
Nice selection of larger knives John. 😎👍

That so cool! Please pass on my congratulations. It’s so much fun watching kids excel at things they enjoy. 🏆

Thanks Bart, I think it will look great over time as well, and I think you’re right it’s beginning to look a little “rosy.” 😊👍
Today I'm carrying my Eureka Jack in a slip made by a Ukrainian craftsman. It arrived about a week before the invasion started.

Both pieces are really nice Gary. 😎👍
Sweet carry Jon, I sure hope the Navy knife comes through again tonight! 🏒

I royally screwed up the covers on this Stag Senator Lamb Foot trying to customize it a bit and frankly I don't care.
Nobody can screw up a pocket knife like I can screw up a pocket knife and I made it mine.
I thought about screwing it up some more, but decided it was screwed just right ... for now.
I also have a pristine original. I chose the lesser of the two as far as fit and finish, to screw with ... now I'm totin' it for a while.
