Fat rattlesnake steaks done on the grill with bbq sauce will easily pass for chicken. At least until they ask about those funny rib bones.I used to have to tell my kids every meat was chicken because it was the only thing they wanted to eat.
The best was when we went to Chinese food, we love BBQ pork, and we'd tell the kids it was Chinese Red Chicken.
I love 4H kids. In many ways they ate the best of America. Tell her Way To Go!
