I think it might be smart to calculate the radius of his swing, and let that be your guide as far as choosing your spot to sit. In case his hands are greasy, you know...
🤣

Stellar pics John  :)
Please remember the reason for Memorial Day, giving thanks to those who have given their lives defending our freedom. Wore CMSgt Hall's POW/MIA bracelet until his remains were repatriated. He was killed while rescuing a downed pilot. Found his grandson and returned the bracelet to be interred with Chief Hall in Arlington. I'll never forget.

Hallowed ground. Chief Hall is in good company.

Headed out to do a little fishing today with my eldest son, who celebeated his 39th birthday on Friday. I'm ready for pretty much anything. Bringing my Krein BT along.

Many thanks JJ, I hope you're having a lovely day :)

Good luck Gary! I'll be ready for a fish story. :)
Well, they weren't rising to dry flies. They didn't like any of the lures we threw at them. So it was a skunkaroo for us. We did come across a young couple with their 3 year old. He caught 3 on worms. His first fish. I was happy for him, but we all know anyone can catch fish on worms! :D
Good Luck, Gary... Rip some lips. 🤠
To my dismay, no lips were ripped today! Hey that rhymes!

Someone did leave me a nice place to sit along the stream.

Thanks Jack! My first son, born on May 27th. Next weekend we celebrate my first grandson's 6th birthday, May 31st. I'm a lucky man.

Joined the enemy and went on a electric scooter course,it was fun.
Visited a really good old British bike meet, then one of the old style spit and sawdust bike dealers where I bought an original copy of tuning for speed.

Dang. My last (to date) motorcycle might have fit in the show. 1965 Triumph T100C.
Such a reliable bike it was.
You could rely that one of the two cylinders would quit firing inside 1/2 mile. (Single carb so it probably wasn't a carb issue. More likely something to do with the Lucas electrical system. It wasn't the same cylinder that quit either. They took turns.) and you could rely on the end of the clutch cable pulling off inside a mile .... had a new clutch when I bought it, too ... "professionally installed" no less.

Albers Jack today and going to find out how good a slicer my new BPS friction folder is when I cut up vegetables for our Sunday pot roast 😋.

Oh well, it's the doin' that counts. :) Worms and beginner's luck. 😁 Sounds like a great day and congrats on the grandchild!

🤣 He’s far too cute to eat. Yesterday was the breeding show. My daughter didn’t win but still had a good time. She’s back there today for showmanship. I couldn’t be there today, but she called me this morning to tell me she won Champion Showman. She even got a belt buckle. She was super excited.

Great couple of knives today, Todd. That copper one is going to look cool as it ages. Looks like it might already be starting to patina.

I love that horn big un, John. 👍

🤣 It tastes like chicken. She still needed to show him again today. 😁

I knew, Jeff. It made me laugh. I hadn’t even thought about that last night when I took the picture. I was just grilling and hadn’t taken my daily knife picture yet.
Congratulations to your daughter for the win and you for backing her up
