Bases covered with those two Jon, love that little beagle. 😎👍
Thanks Todd. I wanted to carry the beagle yesterday for some reason, but I had to go with the 94 on flag day. The jessmuk-c is my first scandi grind, and wanted to see how it did with food prep for my daughter’s lunch. It’s definitely not the best option for that. I do like it though

You gotta love some desert ironwood
except when its time to cut and work it. Tain't called "IRONwood" for naut. "STEELwood" or maybe "Titaniumwood" would be more apt.
I had a 12 pound Ironwood root ball when I "lived" (note quotes) in Wichita. None of my wood saws or woodworking tools were compatible with it. No way I could get two pieces big enough to make grips for my government size 1911, a butt plate and pistol grip cap for my Marlin 1895SS ( in .45-70) or Marlin 336 (.30-30), grips for my reproduction 1858 Remington New Army (.44 caliber).or even a setta scales for my Rendezvous "shootin match approved" throwing knife. 😟
Oh well. Don't matter none I guess. Wound up selling all a them over the decades since leaving hel ... I mean Kansas.

Thank you Mr. Jack. I really like the horn on the lamb. Might be a better picture in the future with some of my powder horns involved. 🤔🤔🤔;)☺️

Hope all went well with the Merlester today ! ☺️
I'm sure you'll post some great pics Mr P :)

Well, I'm reading up about de-hexing! o_O🤔😁
Thank you very much, Jack!!! That Kephart spear shaped blade is certainly handy for a FB. :)

Merle is certainly hanging out with some super cool Lambs, fitting in very nicely; I love that shot of your AC on those backsprings, too!😁:thumbsup:
It's a superb-looking knife too JJ  Thank you very much my friend :)

We'll be shoving off for Klamath Falls, Oregon in a bit for my visit to my ENT Oncologist. As I said I might yesterday, I'll be totin the Black Curly Maple Sowbelly. Figured it out last night that this trip is gonna cost around $78.00 bucks for gas and that's the cheap gas at the Indian Reservation. See ya when I get back.
