Don't know where I went wrong with the boys.

I hear ya, Vince.
Neither of my boys are interested in raising animals, riding horses, roping, or anything western... But they are good boys none-the-less.

My son will come to me and with a heavy sigh, 'Will you please stop looking at your knives'.

Lol...
My sons: "What's ya doing?"
Me: "Just playing with knives"
They know exactly what that means... I'm staring at them and re-arranging my collection, or sharpening and oiling them.

Great picture, there's hope for the future.

Back when Case built a superior pocket knife.

The '18s were very special, and your's is lovely, Jack.

We have two ACE stores in time but neither have the Case display.

Our little town just got a new Ace Hardware Store. I was pretty upset that there wasn't a knife display of any kind.

I fully support that pairing, such a beautiful Northfield.

I got one in the making. We always have to stop by the knife display at ace. And he looks at the case catalog and picks the ones he wants for himself, and the ones he wants mommy and daddy to have.

Nice knife. If I worked outside like you do, I would have a Buck 110 or a variation thereof, a 4-5" fixed blade and a 4" double action revolver on at all times.

Thanks. I’m more of a smallish knife, small fixed blade guy. The only time I carry a gun is if I’m hunting. I’m outside often but still pretty much in town. If I were way out in the middle of nowhere my preferences might be different.

I like that the display is down low where a kid can see it. Seems a lot of times they are tall, higher up displays.

I appreciate the kind words bout my boy everyone. He’s almost 3. Fact is, I’m on my knees there with him a lot of times.

He also fancies the gun store. They have both guns and knives, and mounts. He likes the bobcat mount.
