Sp3. Very light, pinch open-no nail nick. Hardly need the pouch as they are so lightweight [39 grams]. I have a few of these. What model of schrade? I don’t recognize it. I’d love to see a close pic![]()
I got mine many years ago at the hardware store, back when Kerry Hampton posted that Tony Bose used it. If you google it, you can find the original at some hugely inflated prices on the auction site.Formby's is worth its weight in goldTheir website states that Minwax has taken over the Formby line and directs you to the Minwax site, but there are no Formby's products listed by Minwax

Nothing wrong with canning fresh veggies for winter time my friend. I spent a lot of childhood summer days shucking corn and shelling either peas or butter beans.Yes, it is, my friend! It looks like I will be busy with canning before too long.
Mrs Fleschwund says I can buy a nice big freezer IF I finish tiling the bathroom first.
It’s a Stick and Carrot kind of deal...
No doubt. Been wanting one for a while. Seemed like they got super popular there for a bit and way out of my price range, but they seem to have settled down a bit. I’m thinking this one is a keeper. The pulls are a bit soft. Probably about a four. But honestly that’s very in line with the Schrade, if they were trying to model it after the 293..
Those wharncliffe 48s look like they would make a great knife.
Here's a big one. SP7 These SP's were an affordable lightweight alternative. Thanks for the info. I didn’t know of those.
Such a wonderful knife... I may have to hunt one down some day.![]()
