What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Nice knives my friend. What are plants these are on?

Now we all know the region and can start narrowing down to the exact location 😁. Nice catch.

Thanks! I appreciate that. Both are balanced on the bowed heads of sunflowers. They kind of come upright a little more as the sun gets higher. In the pic of the linesman, you can also see fennel with seed heads forming up.

Hey ~ you noticed how he said “Piedmont”, but never mentioned what body of water he slays the crappies in? I noticed.🤔🤨😆

Maybe a touch of gentlemen influence, although I don't know any gentleman😁😊View attachment 1913099View attachment 1913100

It’s totally unlike anything in my cigar boxes, but I LOVE this knife, Mitch!

Thanks mate.
What is not to like VG10 damascus & ironwood, nothing sharp but the edge, spine is rounded off smooth.
Cheers
Mitch

Have a peaceful and relaxing Sunday everyone :)

Yesterday I forgot to post the last 2 "kitchen knives" I'm carrying this week: a Jack Black SFO rosewood Hartshead Barlow and an Italian bubinga agricultural knife:

I was admiring that agricultural knife the other day Gary
I always thought the Alpin looked uninteresting. I seem to have been mistaken.
That never happens!
I'm really pleased with it Jer, it's a nice size too :)

Thank you sir.
Just means more time on the water looking for the spot. I also noticed he never shows a lot of terrain in his photos.
