Super cool Saturday trifecta of sweet slicers; your new GEC FB fits right in with those two stag beauties!I received a package fromReaper AL yesterday, and thought this Marrow Bone H10 would pair nicely with my twin stag folders

I think my auto-correct knows me too well haha!Did spell check do that for you, or was it intentional? Either way, it's probably appropriate.![]()

Thanks. I’ll be checking on them tomorrow. I also hope they behave so it’s a quick trip. Great pair you’re carrying todayHope those cows behave for you this weekend.
I wish they still made some of these old patterns/blade combos.Yet another fine Case '47, this time only 2 blades, on opposite ends!
Cool coincidence that several Case 47 configurations showed up on the same day!

How did the breakfast turnout? Beautiful old timerUp at a ridiculous hour this morning to go cook for a men’s breakfast in their church basement. I’ve been doing this for 15 or 20 years, but we lost close to two and a half years because of the Bat Bug. Hard to have a breakfast when the church requires masks…
I needed the belt knife for food prep. I wasn’t happy with the thick edge, so got out my oilstones last night and thinned down that back bevel. Then raised it up and worked the edge on an Austrian stone made for sharpening scalpels. Now it cuts.View attachment 1919438View attachment 1919439View attachment 1919440
Hope you all enjoy your weekend!
