The more I look at these scales, the more character I see. When I first got it, I thought it was just like ebony. But get it in good sunlight, and all kinds of texture appears, like the little blueish flecks and the nice orangey streaks, not to mention the grain. I'm lovin' it!

Very nice pics, Jim. Those Northwoods #25s have piqued my interest. Thanks for sharing.

Single clip in my pocket again today...

I started the day carrying my dad's 34OT. My Tidioute eureka jack came in the mail today and I've carried it this afternoon as well. That white bone eureka jack is going to be a sweet EDC.

GEC Boy's knife today. Hard to see with this picture but the main blade is picking up a nice patina. Really needs a reprofile since the factory edge is >40 degrees inclusive.

Nice patina on the TC Barlow! Also like what I see of that Svord...

Yessir FLYER !!.....Tis indeed the much awaited ROAR....Weve been scouting for the last 2 days and have found a very good rutting pad of what appears to be a dominant stag (if the hoofprints and height of rub marks are any indication)???.... Gods willing i will drop the hammer tomorrow.... FES

Fes, may the wind be always in your face!

I switched to my Lloyd in 52100 tonight. Sharpest knife I own.

This was the very first GEC knife that I ever handled, a gift for the wife. The other day she wanted to "trade" for my Ivory Buck canoe...

This knife is the "culprit" that led me down a steep and slippery slope :D
