both very cool looking knives
Thanks, John!I’m digging this 66 muskrat + SAK theme. The stag is phenomenal!
That’s great news. I’m very happy for both of you.I usually don’t share personal information here on the porch. I haven’t been real active lately until the last few days. My beautiful bride of 37 years had surgery for stage one lung cancer two weeks ago. The doc told us that he has been doing this for a long time and if he was a betting man he’d bet that he got it all. We wouldn’t know for sure until the pathology report came back. Well it came back yesterday and the next time I go to Vegas I’m taking him! All gone with no further treatment needed except for monitoring. Of course the knife gods smiled upon me and delivered this gorgeous #59 on the same day.

Thanks Jack.
Thanks James.
Here they are in my “box” along with a beautiful Case teardrop, as the sun began to shine through the leaves this morning. I just sat there and stared at them until the light was gone. Okay…that just got weird!View attachment 1926325
very cool pair of shadow patterns
The picture come out greatI took this picture at mile 4 of an 8-mile hike while I was on day 3 of covid. I volunteer this info just so y'all know what kind of dumb I'm bringing to the table.![]()
Extreme fall vibes!Wood ducks and a beaver. Golden rods are in bloom which signals fall is coming, which makes me anxious to spend more time outdoors.
I watch very little tv but do catch a re-run or two once or more a week at dinner time, one of my favorites is the Andy Griffith Show. This knife combo has that 'down by the fish pond' kinda vibe and reminds me of Andy & Opie strolling with rods in hand through the pines to the fishing
hole.![]()
Many Happy Returns to your dadI’m in Tahoe for the weekend with my family celebrating my Dad’s 80th birthday. My son and I went to a really fun skate park for a few hours. I had my SAK with me.
