What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

We had just sat down in the backyard to sip a little celebration for surviving Tuesday (Laphroaig for me, Buffalo Trace for her) when my wife looked over and exclaimed, "Are you still doing Knifestagram? Give me your camera quick!" Here, my fellow knifestagrammers, is the picture she took (actually the best of the 10 she took):

Please do not expect any future posts from me to have any artistic merit to the photography - my usual badly-framed and poorly composed pics will resume soon.

Wow Brian, that recover is fantastic! 😍👍

Thanks Jack. 😎👍

Thanks Jeremy. 😎👍

Thanks Mike. 😎👍

Thanks John. 😎👍

The pen in my picture is a Retro 51. It was a gift from my buddy @Jon0385 last spring. It has been on my desk ever since. Before I received this pen I’d never used anything but cheap disposable pens. I had no idea what I was missing. It’s a fantastic writing instrument and is a pleasure to use. Thanks again Jon. 😎👍
I’ll include more pictures tomorrow. 😉

Oh, just you wait Todd! I should have something coming in soon that you’ll really get a kick out of. :D

Well, I unknowingly took part in Case-Bose Tuesday.

Colonial Forest-Master, my first knife ever, that helped me with all kinds of tasks when I was a kid growing up on a dairy farm in the 1960s:

Travman Travman , you must have quite the reputation totin’ those huge knives around town Travis! What do people say when you pull out that Whaler to cut open a package? Well done, beautiful knives!
I don’t know. I carry the big ones like the 23’s and 46’s in a large leather GEC belt sheath and rarely pull them out around other people.
