Thank you Jack - Mr. Winston is the nephew of "Sadie" - Sadie was the 2010 overall champion of Westminster...Win cleans up pretty well too...:)

Mike that is unfortunate and unusual !!! Hope it gets sorted out. Slow leaks are a PITA.
I use a valve tool with a slotted tip, like the one shown with the Lamb Foot, to ensure the valve stem is tight.
May not solve the problem but worth a check.

Thanks Bro. The valve stem core was the first thing I checked, yet it turned out to be the valve stem anyway. The core was snug, but tire guy said it just wouldn't seal. There was something wrong with it - most likely the seat/washer/o-ring that the core seats up against. They replaced the whole valve stem. I'm glad there wasn't new hole in my new Firestone :D:thumbsup:

I've been eyeing one of those for years, but I've been wary because I've heard some of them come with the same crimped blade for the pioneer, and a crimped single blade would drive me crazy. o_O
Just checked and the blade does favor one side more but it didn’t stand out to me as an issue so I never noticed it, I think the single blade is pretty nice and I would recommend it.

WWW (Wooden Walnut Wednesday) Have a great day folks. Hope all our friends in the Southeast are safe over the next few days. 😎👍View attachment 1943425

Ok, Todd. All walnut is wood, but not all wood is walnut, so walnut should be the adjective, and wood, the noun. 😎

I share your concern for our members in Fla. I was messaging with Jon0385 Jon0385 , but he went silent…
He’s on a barrier island right in the path, so I hope his Coast Guard skills serve him well!
