What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I carried this one today.

Those look great together Bart. 😎👍
Great photo Jon. Lots of color in those covers. 😎👍

This is one I hate that I got rid of. At the time, I thought the comb and fork were a bit goofy, but now I sure miss that jigging and the quirkiness. Love the patina!

Thanks guys!

While the covers are great I’ve tried looking into getting a re-cover that I am not confident enough to do myself. I really want blue/white covers synonymous with Bavaria and Oktoberfest harkening to my German heritage. Maybe I’ll get to use the comb when I go full duck dynasty after I’m done with the Coast Guard.

I'm carrying 10 of my favorite locking knives this week. Here are two of them.
Mercator Black Cat might be my favorite lockback. The release bar at the front of the knife is my favorite positioning, the spearpoint blade is my favorite blade shape, and the handle is the most comfortable among the several "folded metal" handles I own. Longer than my ideal carry, but it's slender and lightweight, so it carries comfortably.

Rough Ryder brown burlap micarta small work knife with liner lock (thanks, Alan); basically a sodbuster jr. type of knife:
