What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thanks! My team is Virginia Tech. Pretty bad that I'm looking more forward to the TN vs GA game at 3:30 than the VT game.

I hear that. VT had such a dominant run for years. Clemson fans have been riding high for a decade, but we’ve had our share of doldrums.

The UT/UGA game will be very interesting. I’m curious to see if UT is on track to reset a 2019 LSU trajectory with Joe Burrow.

I’ll be cheering for the creamsicles against the dogs.

Gorgeous Davison Jack. 😎👍

Inspired by Jack Jack Black Jack Black to carry my Davison today. Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend. View attachment 1979367
Thanks Todd, back at ya buddy :)
Quality pair Steve  :)

Fireworks have been going off here, at the rate of several a second, for the past hour, and that'll continue for several more hours. When I first lived here, folks warned me, it was "like Beirut" on November 5th. Having lived in Beirut for a few years, I was sceptical, but... 😂

WOW!!! That's definitely a stunner!!
Thanks James. 😎👍
Here's my Saturday stag. Hope everyone has a good weekend.

I have to chime in and agree … the color, the jigging, shield, profile … that’s a stunner right there.
😍
Thanks so much! 😎👍

Bonfire Night here in England, so I think I'm going to switch up for the evening :D ;)

Remember, remember, the 5th of November,

Gunpowder, treason and plot.

I see no reason

Why gunpowder treason

Should ever be forgot.

I had to work hard for it! :D ;)

Definitely JJ! :D Thank you for your very kind words :D :)

What a fantastic pairing! Oil Field Jack is a handsome pattern, I should own more tortoiseshell acrylic! :D I always enjoy seeing that bold and beautiful Kephart-style FB too my friend :)

LOL! :D I hope Nanc is recovering well my friend :) That's a nice story Paul :) My mate's dad has suffered with dementia for some years, and finally had to go into a care home about a year ago. Your tale reminded me of similar ones my pal has told me :)

Nice finds

Hi Jack - Thanks for the info on Wilson. I don’t know if the oval shape was just a gimmick or actually better for some reason vs your standard round one but it is very nice to use.

Have carried these 2 almost every day for the last 2 weeks and again today while getting all of the fall work done except all of the leaves have not been re-positioned yet . Today though the wind is re-positioning a lot of them . Steady winds of 20 MPH and gusts much higher than that . Big enough gusts that a neighbor has a 4 foot diameter Oak Tree on and in their house .

Awesome pair. Love that Davison, it needs to be used 👍
Thanks Bart, I do try to use them all or pass them on, unless there's sentimental value. I dig your Sunrise and N/A Scout pairing too!

Jack and Todd, very fun to see your Davisons as well 🤓 Todd must be a hardworking guy to have built so many nice slipjoints...

I ended up wearing Green head to toe today, so that made my knife decisions for me (you can't see the Toxic Green liner on the Utility Caper). Totin' my other 92 while I contemplate having it rehandled barehead. I do believe I prefer the Tidioute grind to the Northfield on the Eureka Jack.
Hanging out at home with the family today, hope some of you were lucky enough to do the same!

Constantly in love with that Pruner you show, even though I'm notoriously promiscuous with knives ;)

Be careful not to leave it stuck in a tree trunk while taking a break, you'll never find it again  It has such impressive Bark my friend, really impressive:thumbsup:

Thanks, Will
