What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I’ve noticed a few of your walking sticks in your posts. Actually it’s not blackthorn; it’s pear. I cut them, hang them for at least a year, straighten them the best I can, and work them into walking sticks. I then finish them with black enamel paint and polyurethane. I think they make a “decent” substitute for blackthorn—-especially the ones with a lot of knuckles. I have a couple blackthorn sticks I really enjoy, but the shipping from Ireland to the US kills me.
You've done a great job👍👍

Just wanted to share this pic of my current BF collection . I love the BF knives and have been fortunate to find these ones over the last few years . They are all a great knife in their own way , I love how individual they all are . Hoping to get this years Bunny knife to add to the collection . Thank you to all those people who have helped me get the ones I have 👌🙏 View attachment 2006497
Nice collection!
It occurs to me looking at that assemblage that the Blade Forum knives constitute a pretty comprehensive traditional knife collection all by themselves!
👍🏼👍🏼

Nostalgic and awesome, John.
Thanks, Jeremy.
