What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

It's been a long long day, 16" of snow and another 6"-9" expected over night, then another 3"-4" for Friday  ;) We shoveled sidewalks, driveways, decks and then dug out trucks at our store.:mad: Bless our city crew as there is no finer!!! Started at 5:00am and we wrapped up about 2 hrs ago. All you hear through town are the beep beep beep of Bobcats reversing as well as city trucks. My neighbor tried to make it through to the end of the street at about 5:30am with no luck and got majorly hung up, we shoveled to no avail so out came my Husqvarna snowblower and life got easier.

Shoveled and blew snow for 6+ hrs between our house and our furniture store. We will be closed tomorrow as well and hope to open Friday🤞 My wife LOVES to shovel and her favorite shovel (yes she has a favorite shovel) is pictured next to a snow bank😁

These were all in my pockets today, I just sprayed the No Stick to the shovel blades as I prepared for tomorrow, Gloves and boots on the boot dryer so we're ready.
They estimate that there is approx 4" of moisture in what's fallen already, that's how wet this snowfall has been.

There's an open space between the pergola and our roof but the snow has filled in the gap.

:eek:o_O The knives are excellent, the rest is more like excrement..Have you relocated to Alaska/Siberia??

It's cold here today -15C but we have 'only' 20 cm 8" of snow it's amazing work you did clearing a way and getting that van going  Mind how you go and take it easier, snow work is HEAVY work. That Eureka looks fabulous.

Ohhh I read it as he found it BEFORE he washed it.
Didn't catch that he DIDN'T find it before he washed it

Yikes I hope it wasn't too bad or unable to be fixed

🤣Hope you can bring life back to the horn Will.
Settle down men, careless talk :D No it was meant as a humorous gesture, Sardinia is never visiting the Washing machine, nor the Dishwasher:D🤣 If it had been in the washer the Damascus would rust and the Horn bloat up something horrible..That's why you've got to be careful.

Yeah, I think a Buck 110 would shake it off but the washer might get the worse end of the deal :D

Been in DC this week for work carrying these two. Leaving tomorrow morning and the weather has been great up to this point, but it’s supposed to be freezing rain/sleet just in time to get on the road.

Wow Mr. P! The bone on the jack is just stunning. This shot will work perfectly on page 137 of the coffee table book that is assuredly in your future 😁.
Two days in a row...a record for me.

This one could prove to be a pocket hog Bob. It’s quite easy on the eyes!
Grey pair Jon!
Thanks my man! Have a great one!

Thanks Will, it's been non stop and our City crew is fantastic, your right, it's HEAVY work and with the high moisture content makes it's miserable. We deem this "Heart Attack" snow for good reason :) Hey, I admire your smooth Ivory bone Eureka from afar and ALWAYS wanted one and it finally came to be, I love the knife;)☺️

I remember snow storms like that from years in Minnesota. Stay safe dealing with it all.
Thank you RLB, we pace ourselves and that's the key :)
Don't envy all that work Paul ! 😲😲
Really like that Victorinox with red shield !:thumbsup::thumbsup:😍
Stay warm when you can ! 😊
Thanks Rob, that Pioneer doesn't show well in the picture but the body is a darker gray vs the standard gray on Victorinox's knives. The ALOX are so nice. As always, wonderful knives your totin today:)
