What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Just fantastic! What a nice trio for the day. Thanks for the guided tour of The Lion of Lucerne - the detail is really something. And, love the stag covers on the Allegheny!

Thank you my friend !  😊

Two fine classics and one, given time will become one.

Thank you Bob ! :thumbsup::thumbsup:😊

Nice picture of black classics Jeff !😊

LOL! :D You made short work of that beautiful Robeson Lobster Mr P, I'll invite you round for a fettling session! ;) Admirable companions too  Stay safe out there buddy ;)

Late posting today due to a combination of internet connectivity, or lack thereof, and my mate Tool Man driving me mad because of a bad ebay purchase he's made (he's a big lump, but he's never been under fire!)! Hope everyone is having a good day :)

I did make short work of it .................. a good many of these old smalls that I see never saw hard use. ;)😊

I reckon that PocketEze Lobster might have belonged to a Philadelphia lawyer, back in the days when vest pockets were common for business men, etc. 🤔🤔🤔

Looks like you had a couple of fine totes for Wednesday and I hope you calmed the "Toolman" down.😍

Fettling session ......... LOL 🤣

I like canoes and I like Christmas, so I'll show a couple of green canoes I'm carrying this week to get into the spirit of Christmas.
One is an H&R mini canoe that Will Power Will Power generously sent me several years ago. It's brilliant green is the shade of green that I typically associate with Christmas (a shade that's found on almost none of my knives).

Here's a Marbles ram's horn canoe with a green shade to it:

Using a re-cycled photo that I took last summer . Later the knife fell on concrete and the Shield fell off . This morning I finally super glued it back on . It is now in my RF Pocket . Case Saddlehorn DB61100 made in 1991 for NKCA . Serial Number L1298 OUT OF 4000 made . I looked off and on for this sized Saddlehorns for a number of years . Saddlehorns are comfortable to use but these bigger ones are much more comfortable for me than the shorter ones .

These are my first Saddlehorns and they are the shorter 3 & 1/2 " versions which I have carried but no longer will . Model T.B. 62110

It's been a long long day, 16" of snow and another 6"-9" expected over night, then another 3"-4" for Friday  ;) We shoveled sidewalks, driveways, decks and then dug out trucks at our store.:mad: Bless our city crew as there is no finer!!! Started at 5:00am and we wrapped up about 2 hrs ago. All you hear through town are the beep beep beep of Bobcats reversing as well as city trucks. My neighbor tried to make it through to the end of the street at about 5:30am with no luck and got majorly hung up, we shoveled to no avail so out came my Husqvarna snowblower and life got easier.

Shoveled and blew snow for 6+ hrs between our house and our furniture store. We will be closed tomorrow as well and hope to open Friday🤞 My wife LOVES to shovel and her favorite shovel (yes she has a favorite shovel) is pictured next to a snow bank😁

These were all in my pockets today, I just sprayed the No Stick to the shovel blades as I prepared for tomorrow, Gloves and boots on the boot dryer so we're ready.
They estimate that there is approx 4" of moisture in what's fallen already, that's how wet this snowfall has been.

There's an open space between the pergola and our roof but the snow has filled in the gap.

Your Wednesday Double Barlow Day looks mighty sweet from where I'm sitting; even nicer is the fact that one's a Lambsfoot, too!;)👍👍

I understand exactly what you mean Harry. The neat part is I was just at the Chiropractor Tuesday and Wednesday and have an appt at the pain center in Fargo on the 22nd for my back. I loaded up on Gabapentin and Advil and am whupped to say the least.

I have been through all the stuff , except a knife , at our pain center and all I got was Temporary relief and Gabapentin and a Muscle Relaxant . Still use the Gabapentin before the work and stopped the muscle relaxant because it was relaxing too many muscles . There are some things that I will have to put up with .

We've had snow here too but not on that scale. Our place isn't laid out for a snow blower to work and besides, we have almost all gravel driveways/parking areas. Good luck with the shoveling and hoping you can get your business up and going soon.

Been there done. After growing up on the Great Plains o Nebraska I don’t miss that all! I was somewhat shocked this morning when I sat down on my little porch to drink my coffee and could see my breath. Happens once or twice a year here in the City. Stay warm!
