What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Rob, what is the name of that "dagger" blade on your PocketEze, and is it original? Very unusual.

Robeson called it a Carpenters blade in their 1908-1930 catalog. That same blade was also used on a knife with a blade etch that said "Mechanic". It appears original to me. I got it from the grandson of a man that worked as a cutler for many years at the old Camillus factory, so he probably had the ability to fool just about anyone, if he wanted. I doubt he did that, but, still possible. All blades work as they should and no sign it has ever been apart. 😊

Rob, you're right, I have the same knife with same blade and etch, in fact I have two I believe but with different nail nicks🤔

Still shaken up from yesterday's fall but should be back to normal this afternoon. Staying on the homestead today and will carry this Tribal Lock for whatever knife needs come up later. Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage & Biscuits with gravy for breakfast.

Hey Mr. Ed,

Sorry to hear about your fall. I hope the soreness leaves soon. BTW I am now planning biscuits and gravy. Sounds yum
