Could almost start a thread called ‘worn out Wednesday’ with this one. Still, I think it has some charm.

Looks like that knife has a story or two it could tell. But still plenty useable.

You found a very nice example of a model 21129 Catt ............... blades have a nice shape too !

From the Catt book .................2 = number of blades, 1 = number of bolsters, 12 = open end jack, 9 = bone covers.

If you want to, you can lightly clean around the tangs with fine steel wool and you won't lose any of the crispness in the markings.

Since it was so faint I hesitated. Will work on that tonite. The whole blade needs to be brushed off too...patina is too dark.

Carried the Pony Jack yesterday, never left my pocket. I’m working late today so I figured this Compact might come in handy for what I’m doing. I’ll have other flashlights with me but this little one is extremely capable.

I got a recent reminder of how handy a flashlight is with our power going out.
I like the plain jane Micro Maglight. One AAA, but throws a decent light, and it’s tiny.

My first TC barlow 15. @sbh06 offered it up in a trade and I am happy to have it. Got Jacks sfo with it today. Have a good one everyone.

Jack thrilled with the snow. Nylon Sak Camper and good old Schrade LB5. A lot easier going down than up today. Pause for a snow lick.

I’m with Jack. A fresh snow lets me see how close the coyotes get to the house.

Both are exceptional Mr.P.

Well, starting to collect some variety of patterns of Case Bose collabs that I might actually carry and thus some choices. I do prefer larger sizes.

I took all three.
We were taking down the portable electric fence. We got a grant to build a real fence!
