Handsome pen knife Jack.Yikes!I hope you can get your roof fixed soon Mr P, and that you are OK otherwise
Many thanks JJSadly not, the law here on crossbows means that I can only carry the Steambow on private land, which I either own, or where I have permission, so I need to find a few spots. My gardens aren't really suitable, a bit too open, and with the appearance of the Steambow, and the general ignorance of the law, I'd likely be getting Tasered, and carted off by heavily-armed men in black!
So far, I've only been able to use it for target shooting at 22ft. Hopefully, when I have a bit more time, I can find somewhere to practice regularly. How about you JJ, you getting to know it?
Stunning Black Friday choices my friend![]()

While rummaging through some old boxes, I found one marked WW II. Found photos of nose art of my father's B 24's.
Strangely enough, during the war he had to bomb his father's home town in Sicily.
hope picture meets standards of the porch. Will gladly delete

I agree, Jeff! That’s one thing I really like about the Porch ~ the way those of us who are blessed to have an heirloom knife from a loved one hold it in an especially high regard.![]()
After enjoying your show for February, Harry, I was going to ask if you could do the same thing for February in a leap year. But you answered before I could even ask!Thank you very much Jeff . I am just glad that I did not get down to having to show this one to finish the month .
