Brian,

Is your 92 really that cream colored, or is that a photo effect?

Love that Eureka Brian. Is that a pretty good representation of the color in that bone? Very nice
No, unfortunately the pic is enhanced a bit for clarity. Here is a normal shot. Still doesn't do it justice. I find it hard to capture the true color of the smooth bone.

Quoth Brian.

I wish y'all would stop posting pictures of that smooth Ivory bone Eureka Jack. I'm still waiting for my Antique Green Bone to get back from GEC (coping blade rub) and these pictures are making me want to spend money!!!!!

Blaine check out Sarah's repost of my two pics for a comparison shot. I really like this material. Can't wait to see his it ages.

Okay, so 'splain again what all that one multi-tooled "blade" can do?

Sarah I think there is a post somewhere that splains it all...:p
Don't mind me I'm on a SAK kick.

Happy to help where I can.
I handled the green jigged bone before purchasing this one. I seriously considered that cover material. This one is a 2nd and was priced way to good to pass up. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

I shall ask The Internets, then. :)

And, nothing to "mind"-- SAKs were my first love, and an enduring one.

Sorry, I thought you were funnin me because I've been posting it so much.
It's an Alox minichamp, kinda like a Vic classic on steroids. I had a midnight minichamp that I thought was long gone. Of course after I snagged this one it turned up at the bottom of a dry bag I use for my sleeping bag when camping. The Alox is thinner and sans the light and pen found on the midnight version I have. What I find most handy about them are the two blades, the cap lifter with the Philips head on the end and of course the scissors. I used one of the today so I guess a pic is in order.
First the Alox

And the much older midnight version. You press the shield to activate the light.

I noted somewhere else that I've been informally collecting SAK's for a long time. I have a ton of different models scattered thought my house and vehicles. With the more recent influx of TSA seziure knives on the bay I've added a few more.

Here is a stock pic to show all the implements. The little hook makes short work of blister packs.

Thanks, Brian!

Looks like a jam-packed little thing.

I'm still curious about the one tool/blade/implement you have out in your picture:

Is it "just" a cap lifter, phillips head screwdriver, and wire stripper(?), or can it do Even More? The curves within the cap lifter suggest further potential...?

It's listed as a bottle opener with magnetic screwdriver and wire stripper. I did use the screwdriver bit to punch out a few "punch top" Miller Lite can this weekend. Worked like a charm. :D

Today I putzed around with this new piece from down South America way. I have a great deal of respect for any culture that puts so much attention to detail into what is essentially a personal steak knife :D

I spent a while outside this morning watching Mississippi Kites soaring and swooping. I've never seen so many at one time. There were dozens over the newly cut Hayfield behind our house. The Mutz canoe was in my pocket today. I tried some photos, but my point and shoot did a lot more pointing than shooting and the ones that have birds in them are too fuzzy to be interesting. If they are out again tomorrow (they might have been migrating), I'll try to catch them better.

A new TC Barlow (Charlow) with spear and gabon ebony hit the mailbox today, so I'll be carrying it tomorrow. Photos then.
