Thanks buddyI can always count on you for a good chuckle Jack...thanks.![]()
Thank you kindly HarryGreat posting of your knives and other stuff Jack .
At this time I am thinking that it is made of Unobtainium but I am also thinking that I may just have to send it to Kentucky to Mr.Primble to get it Primbleized ( nobody does it better ) and stored and then he can deal with it .
By the way , the Jigging and Tang Stamp on it matches the one in your old thread . The bone one on the right .
Right now I am loving to have it in my group of TEW's.
Harry

I can remember reading a newspaper article about a newly-opened prison in England, where it was reported that that the dentist habitually smoked while treating prisoners! At least you had novocaine. I'm retired from the state dept of corrections, and we used to have an old Korean dentist there. He used to tell inmates, "Oh, no need novocaine. Not be in chair long.", and go to work.![]()
Nice pairing!Carrying light, and doing alright!

Interesting to see one of the Japanese IXL Barlows. Those etches kind of match don't they?
Thank you very kindly, Jack!!!![]()
A super cool Monday pairing of new and old classic Sheffield cutters, with wonderful graphics behind them; love the old compass, as well!![]()
Thank you very much my friend, that pair would be a sweet start to any week, gorgeous
Always good to see the HHB posed in nature Jack, but your Croisdale is a looker!Thank you very much Paul![]()
Thanks buddy![]()
Thank you kindly HarryThe pattern seems to have been known as a 'Belt Man's Knife' from what I can find, and TEW also produced a large shackled Pruner, (like the 'Taylor Twins' below, gifted to
paulhilborn and
Campbellclanman ), which was also used in the same way. It'd be a cool pattern to collect wouldn't it?

I'm sure you will learn them a thing or two Mr.P.![]()
Beautiful Albers Mr.P and your Colt adds quite the finishing touch. With that huge white vinyl "death wish" decal covering the back window of that rattle trap of a truck, I kinda doubt it Bob.
I've been ignoring them ..... reasoning that it is likely them trying to impress their buddies that they can frighten old men.
........... it won't hurt to be prepared though.![]()
For my walk this morning ............ then I will likely be lightening up the load with just my snakewood Albers for the rest of the day.
