I found myself scrolling back up the page for a second look. Nice! 👌
45 (or so) pocket knives to choose from and have this razor sharp very pointy ebony Ben Hogan lockback 651112 serial number 13 (1 of 25) on deck for Tuesday
... although I may lighten up by afternoon, what with the expected rain and all

You COUNTED YOUR KNIVES???
I think that’s bad luck, like a curse or a jinx.
Like dividing by zero, like playing a diminished triad (“The Devil’s Scale”) in church!
I love that pattern of Case. I always think of mine as my Church Potluck Knife. Long enough to be useful, but slim and genteel looking. But mainly because that’s what was in my pocket one Sunday, and my wife was helping cut ham off the bone. When she handed it back she said “nice knife”.
I remember random things.😏

I had these yesterday. I have them again. The Voos sharpened pencils, and opened bags of tile leveling clips and spacers, and the Oregon Trapper cut some chicken for my daughter’s sammich, and sliced an orange for me. Tough duty indeed2000BC19-904F-458D-8646-31D64E9D7B9E.jpeg
Have a fine day, all.

Jeff, those knives do look a little tired from their chores. Somehow they kept their glow of fineness about them.👍

A fine combo for getting some work done, Jeff.

Carrying a couple of sleeveboard knives myself today. The smaller Winchester pen/ half whittler (?), goes in the watch pocket. The HS&B whittler that I picked up at the blade show for the back pocket. Both ebony covered, I think anyway.

Bob

Carrying my Hartshead Barlow, and a Croisdale (Leeds) Sleeveboard for 'Random Tuesday' :) Have a good day everyone
Great pair for the day, Jack. Have a good one my friend.
With that huge white vinyl "death wish" decal covering the back window of that rattle trap of a truck, I kinda doubt it Bob. :(
I've been ignoring them ..... reasoning that it is likely them trying to impress their buddies that they can frighten old men.
........... it won't hurt to be prepared though. ;) 💪😊

For my walk this morning ............ then I will likely be lightening up the load with just my snakewood Albers for the rest of the day. 😊

Nice looking knives. Better is the lack of the crusties in the background. Spring has to arrive soon

Is that elk antler? It looks inviting to the hand.

No, Bob. Somebody’s tired, but it’s not the knives. 🥺
A new to me ebony 68 and 93 lamb today.

You keep it up, and you might become Knife Knut!

Not that there’s anything wrong with that…

I think I would also call it a half whittler sleeveboard. Or just a damned sweet little knife!

Greg, I’ve been breaking in my new genuine Russel Green River Knife with the custom black locust scales from the creative shop of sunknife sunknife !
