Thanks!
I feel lucky to have one of Glen’s creations.

Or to paraphrase theold Cubs announcer,
Hey~ Hay!

Well, it could be, if you let it grow.
Another foggy start to the day in the City by the Bay! Should burn off by noon. It’s a sporting Sunday with the Warriors and Giants games to watch. Keeping me company the usual lamb and trusty SAK. 😀

When you tell us it was NOT a foggy start, it will be like a Man Bites Dog story.

I've really enjoyed your April pics of the cattle knife!:cool::cool:
Gonna miss it, but what's up for May? 🤓

I haven’t really decided yet. May might end up being a random month with no consistent knife. The Cattle Knife has been a pleasure to carry though.

What I liked:
- The size of the knife is good. I like the steel construction, and it feels very good in my hand and pocket.
- The spear main blade worked very well for cutting up fruit and general daily tasks. The sheepsfoot blade was great for opening packages, stripping wires. Both of these blades opened easily.
- The smooth opening blades with no half stop really made it easy to grab the cattle knife instead of a modern folder. Smooth open, smooth close.

What I didn’t like:
- The Spey blade on mine isn’t as smooth opening as the other 2 blades, even after oiling and working it many times. I also find that this Spey didn’t really fit any of my particular uses. The spear and sheepsfoot got all the work.

I ended up cutting April short, and have been carrying the 2019 Bladeforums knife this weekend. Todays carry:

Stripped a couple wires with the Fall Creek. Cut up some apples and strawberries with the 2019 BF, and the main blade of the Texas Ranger has been opening bags of fertilizer this afternoon.
