Sorry Ed. I know how you must feel.We came home about 1:30 this afternoon to find Coco at the bottom of the back porch steps laying on the sidewalk. Her haunches being what they are, she could barely get up and couldn't stand for more than a few seconds. I told Cindy; "that's it, I'm calling the vet. The vet took us in right away and we had her put Coco down. No more pain or suffering. She was looking Cindy and I in our eyes as she passed over the Rainbow Bridge. I'm sure you guys/gals/youngsters won't mind if I don't include a picture of a knife in this post.

So sorry to hear about Coco, Ed. It’s never an easy decision but there is some solace to know she is no longer in pain.We came home about 1:30 this afternoon to find Coco at the bottom of the back porch steps laying on the sidewalk. Her haunches being what they are, she could barely get up and couldn't stand for more than a few seconds. I told Cindy; "that's it, I'm calling the vet. I can't seem to get away from the stockman for long. These are all favorites.Jer, I detect a serpentine thread to your story!I really like the coloration on that "'belly."

I forget what red they called that, but I was surprised to find it on their specials page. I'll carry old Cherry-pits today, and that's probably enough.
A triple threat of goodness Jer.
A gorgeous example of a Barlow Mr.P.
