Superb wood and stag Bruckmanns, Bob & Joshua!
Very nice pictures, Gary. It was my pleasure passing the Bruckmann to a gentleman who will appreciate it.Superb wood and stag Bruckmanns, Bob & Joshua!
The pen knife Bob posted isn't the only Bruckmann pen knife he found! He also found a horn-hafted Bruckmann pen knife which he generously sent to me.It's a splendid knife, and I'm grateful to Bob for his characteristic generosity!

Gracias Jer.Continental and insular!
Thank you...it has surprising good fit and finish. The lockback functions smoothly.Wow, that French lockback is beautiful, I’ve been eyeing the ramshorn variant for a couple of months
Thanks Bob.
Nice stag for Saturday.
Thanks Todd.
Thanks! I love the GEC knives I own, but I'm realizing for the price of one, I can buy a dozen old, interesting, and useful relics.…with tons of character! Very nice Rachel.

I agree, and it’s very satisfying when you put a little work into them, really makes them your own. Thanks! I love the GEC knives I own, but I'm realizing for the price of one, I can buy a dozen old, interesting, and useful relics.
Since you asked...
Both are imports, made in Germany.. The top one in the picture is a little Dogleg marked Wismar Cutlery. Most likely dates to c.1900.
The other one might be a bit older, marked W.B.&P. My best guess is it was made for a store called Wood, Bicknall & Potter of Providence RI. (oddly, the knife is stamped Prov R.J. rather than R.I....maybe a misprint from the overseas contractor?)
