What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

That’s a handy mod. On a big knife like that, losing bulk makes a huge difference.

They will never want to go back after they hear the skootalydootalies raining down on them from that beautiful tele tone 😎.

Browns, golds, tans…this is what beautiful knives are made of. 😍

Ebony and Ivory. The 59 is getting in the groove as the go to Sunday special knife. Love it!
Thanks Jon. I have to change from bright to calm occasionally.
Excellent choices on your part, the burlap is getting better with age.

“Finishing up”, and “Yard Work”.
I have never seen those in the same sentence before!

Just to clarify what I said, what I’m picking now are the wild black raspberries. The blackberries won’t ripen for a while yet. They’re the one that get huge.

Truthfully, I think the smaller wild berries might have a more intense flavor.
Agree on finished and yardwork. Only way it is finished is if and when contracted out.
Understand on the berries. My eyes mis-read. Agree smaller one being more intensr

It does. Moved it down to the size of the frame lock old timers and uncle Henry's

87 again today (pile side photo this time around). Two straight days of rain have dampened the nightly fireworks bombardment -- something the dogs don't mind in the least! :)

Very nice veining in the bone Jim.

The #86 pattern is one of my favorites but for some reason this 2AB Barlow did not "speak" to me when i received it two years or so ago. As of late it has gotten heaps of pocket time though and is probably one of my favorites right now. A most splendid knife.
