I love your farm boy memories, and I’m jealous. But I can see how the endless chores could lead you to look for a different career!

Here’s a pic of the two GEC Farm n’ Field versions, Bullnose (jr sized), and Bullbuster next to the original Case Sodbuster (a gift from Todd after he saw me fondling one at the Blade Show). The Case numbers are 2137-Jr, 2138- full sized.

I didn’t like Case’s blade shape on the Jr. ~ strictly aesthetics. To bluntly rounded at the tip.

GEC nained it as far as blade shapes. I like both sizes, but lean toward the full size. Being a single blade, it’s no problem in my pocket. It just comes down to what fits your hand, what you’re using it for, and what pleases your eye.

Magazine cover is awesome. Been a long time since this southerner has seen a covey of bobwhite in the wild

Wonderful pen slip! I carry mine all the time. sbh06 does such a good job with these.

With the patina forming, the cattle knife could easily pass for an early 20th century classic.

T'was a long and Black Thursday, managed to snap a shot right at dusk. Weekend, in sight!

Love this pair. The clip shape on the fixed is . I don’t recognize the mark…but I know I like it. Copper and black is always gonna be a winner.
