What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

All these superb guitarists better come with some great harmonizers.( the men's room at my high school had them every day!).
I'm an old beachboys fan being from the shore.
I suppose somebody has to fill in between guitar solos.
Hey! You remind me… some bathrooms with metal stalls get a strong harmonic resonance going when you sing or hum certain frequencies.

I can’t harmonize singing. My brain is wired into the main melody line. Thankfully, we have good singers in our church.

I have a smart phone, but I'm scared of apps 😨 I vastly prefer my laptop for internet stuff. I like the bigger screen and having a real keyboard. I can't type too good with my thumbs 🤨
Glad you got in a good kick. I agree with Jeff Amir Fleschwund Amir Fleschwund regarding dog owners that don't secure aggressive dogs.

Thanks Jeff :thumbsup::)

I'll admit to being with GT on this one. I thought of Hee Haw first 😀

Hee Haw had some good music🤙
Way before I got my first electric guitar, I spent a decade or so learning bluegrass and fiddle tunes. Sort of my first love. That comes out in my playing now. I get grins from one of the other guys when I imitate a banjo roll or faux pedal steel bend in a worship song. 😁
When my loved ones go through my cigar boxes, they’re going to say “why did he buy more than one of the same knife?” 😉
A lovely ride out today even though it was overcast and threatening to rain.

I have found a great place to explore, ive been before but didnt realise the full extent of what was available.

I took my pocket Barlow which I like a lot.
I see you’re pushing through the hand pain, and keeping on riding.🤙
Nice wildflowers!
Do me a favor ~ if you see one of the old time hedgerows where they built a berm, and planted saplings like this - /////, then like this-\\\\\, and wove them together so that it was impenetrable, I would like to see one.
Absolutely gorgeous.
I agree. It may be my favorite BF knife.
You betcha! 🤣👍

The level of patina on most of my GEC's is probably considered outright abuse by some....😱
I’d only call it abuse if you were trimming asphalt shingles with it. Or using a Dremel to sharpen it.
Mine are still green. You must be farther south. Enjoy those maters!
Have a great day everyone

I see your Hemlock Green has really faded.😎
Back when I gardened, I finally found the perfect solution to ridding my garden of Japanese Beetles. Buy a Japanese Beetle Trap... and give it to your neighbor, three houses down the street. Works like a charm.
Yeah my neighbor put those traps out one year. Real smart ~ use an attractant that draws them from all over right to your garden.

Nice to see my slips getting a workout. :)

Good to see you around again John . It is very nice for me to know that when I want to carry any of my Safe Queens , I have a great slip to carry it in .

Harry
I agree wirh Harry. The slip you made for me is like a road case for expensive gear. I don’t have any safe queens, but when I’m totin an old one with nice bone, it’s in your slip. 🤙

Whittler Wednesday, Wooden Wednesday, why waffle, I wondered, when I can do both.1FF38AC6-D614-4D2A-9C1E-457AEA0B3315.jpeg66572C1E-D247-466F-8BB9-72BB19C8A9F4.jpeg
Serrated Case 54 in honor of Mike’s collection, and in a nod to Modoc ED Modoc ED , and since the trash got collected while I was out front taking knife photos this morning, a pic with my big rolling garbage can. I promise ~ no more garbage can photos!. E17BA040-2A7B-451C-A44A-A0B9712EF2DC.jpeg

Nothing to report today. Too hot to be outside. So it'll be an inside day with sausage and waffles for breakfast, and Jack in the Box egg rolls for lunch that Cindy brought back from Klamath Falls, Oregon yesterday. I'll carry Bunny #525.

Went to town this morning, bank, Walmart, haircut. Feeling quite productive 😇
Now I'm sitting inside, drinking coffee, and messing around here. Its only 80F outside, which isn't bad at all, but there's 81% humidity. It's sticky 😓
Howard went with me. I'm glad GEC still does Winterbottom jigging :thumbsup::thumbsup:
