Very kind of you to send the wood!
Looking forward to it.
Looks like a handy way to carry that little fixed blade🤙
Yep, Jack’s is on Hwy 54, but see my reply to Mike…

Thank you my friend and I'll try a little rain dance for you. ☔💦 ........... I'm liking your fixed blades quite a bit. 😊
Thank you Mr. P, always a treat to see your fine carries as well. Your rain dance is as effective as your patented Primble-ization patina, this is the best the trees have looked all season and I actually need to mow! I owe you one miracle ;)
Haha! Probably a lot more yelling than whispering.
I aspired to be a whisperer, but then I got married, had a kid, and got a Rhodesian Ridgeback. Sometimes you gotta yell just to be heard.
An early bike ride, then hiding in the AC.
Smart, early is the way to get it Bob! *And* your knive are pretty! I stayed out at the coffeeshop too long and had to ride home in the 80/80 temp/humidity. I smell.
I took our dog for a 2.5 mile walk Sunday morning, and when we were almost home, I took a short detour to see if an old camping trailer I'd previously seen parked on the street a couple of blocks from my house was still there, since some of its "siding" was quite close to your Seafoam Green. But it wasn't there, so no photo for you. But the detour took the dog and me past the house 2 doors south of us, and I heard their dogs barking as we walked by. I looked that way and suddenly one of their dogs, a medium-sized muscular-looking black-on-white beast, got through the gate somehow and headed straight for us at high speed. I pulled my little dog up by the leash (clipped into his behind the front legs and over the chest harness) to about knee height, swung him away from the other dog's charge, and managed to kick the attacker in the chest as I yelled at it to go home. Fortunately, the attacking dog actually headed back to its yard, not realizing I was a geezer not fast enough to be able to kick him again if he just persisted in his attack.
Gary I am always sorry to hear stories like this. I've more than one myself, and new experiences made almost weekly in our poor urban neighborhood with ineffectual animal control. Jeff is right, people that can't restrain their aggressive animals suck.
But then again, almost everybody thinks their little muffy is the sweetest... My friend was once walking in his neighborhood, and after asking the owner if it was friendly, extended a closed hand to be sniffed by a passing dog. Who promptly bit him and drew blood. He said "Hey lady, you said he was nice and he just bit me straightaway!" and she yelled back "My dog would NEVER bite anyone!" and stormed off. That's people for ya'.
After *years* of this sort of thing it's come to carrying this. I would like to show everyone my other walking buddy. Scars are from being pulled down by two large dogs some years back, they attacked a cute little Shibi Inu I was dogsitting for a friend and I waded into the fray... Almost ended up being my 3.75" Benchmade vs. two large aggressive animals, but the owner ran out and restrained them while I lay bleeding in the lawn with a knife in my hand. It was a bad situation. Stay safe out there people!

Wow..sad to hear about your experiences with our furry friends. Most take after their owners, which explains a lot of the problems with dogs.
FC, you are toting some nice fixed and folder combos.
