What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Good day everyone. This is my first time posting since quite a while. Hope everyone is doing well.

Today i’m carrying this lovely old Friedr. Herder Abr. Sohn’s pocketknife.

It may be old but it cuts like no other!

If anyone has any idea on how i can date this knife, that would be very much appreciated.

Couple of Schrades today, 206 Barlow, and 94OT Trapper ~3721FBEA-833E-4D63-A059-A5614D58D6DF.jpeg68FE4943-5525-4AC7-AAB8-B4ACE6A389E2.jpeg
And a few pics from the IRM (Illinois Railway Museum). Pretty amazing to walk through the barns and read about these incredible feats of engineering and industry.
We saw the last steam engine to operate regularly in the US (1962), we saw the biggest and most powerful diesel locomotive ever made in the world, which was used to haul freight over the Continental Divide. I tried to capture the immense size of the drivers on this one…A7E573D6-E3DB-45CD-8760-F55364432152.jpeg
And Casey Jones! They say it’s likely that he drove this one, although it’s obviously not the one in which he died, saving everyone else on two trains. 619C0C6F-6074-4222-A691-04B4505B3B2C.jpeg47DB382D-0BC2-49D0-B856-63C744D4A520.jpeg14E5AD4C-943C-4527-9869-801BFE717F1C.jpegB803DC50-74B4-4A18-A18B-AD023C1CD53B.jpeg
