What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Nice knife.
Three posts in almost fourteen years… Take it easy on us!

Seriously ~ post more often.😃
I had signed up back when I got my first GEC or my first Busse at the urging of a friend. And then promptly forgot about ever registering. I recently recalled signing up for some reason and decided I might as well participate and maybe ask a question here or there. Thanks for having me!

The very best of Case and Great Eastern Cutlery by way of our own Charlie Campagna and the great Tony Bose. If any of you have any interesting stories and/or photographs regarding GEC or Case please post them in the thread “A Pilgrimage to Bradford and Titusville.” I am going to let the thread slip into the archives and would love to have some information on these companies stored there before it goes.

The Praying Mantis greeted me in the barn this morning. I am too old to be afraid of bugs, but these guys kind of get to me. They seem to be a bit too intelligent!

At first, I thought it was mainly guitarists with vntage tube amps chasing the primo European and American tubes, driving the market, looking for the sound and durability we just can’t get out of most current production tubes. Then, I realized it was you cork sniffing audiophiles.

I just bought some RCA Greyplate 12AX7s and AT/7 preamp tubes for the Pro Reverb. But haven’t swapped them yet...
Nice Jeff, I hope the tubes work out for you.

At least (on this world) they are not large enough to be a threat to "humans". 😁👍
I read somewhere years ago the larger adults can help control the mouse, sparrow and Black Widow spider populations. 🤯😁

I was surprised to find both the big ones in my pocket today. There's always room for knives, though.

Have a great Sunday!
My parents got up early, and visited our church today, my son is in from Denver to retrieve his son, and they came to church as well, and they and a few other family will be at our house today. Good times. 😃
Sounds like a great way to spend a Sunday.

The sun was out and warm so I went for a coffee on my bike.

You've got it 20 mins later the Sun went in and it got cold, now you know why we always talk about the weather in Olde England. 😂

On the way I got a bit lost and came across this very well kept, peaceful war memorial.

So I stopped to pay my respects, I read all the names its my way of keeping their memory alive.

Henley is posh, they all sound like they have plums in their mouths and wear the stupid red trousers,I delight in lowering the tone when I arrive.🤭

The riverside café I recently found has friendly staff and first rate cakes to go with the coffee.

I was recommended the Lemon Drizzle cake and it was spot on,tasty without to much sugar and a flat white to wash it down.

Riding home the sky was black but no rain and not a lot of traffic on the back roads so enjoyable.😁

I took my 15 which I have only just started using, its really grown on me.
Its simple, easy for me to open and a good size for most tasks I may look for another one someday.
