TY Buddy 😎

I'm likely mostly done acquiring sharps ( 🤣 ), so time to save for a bit and get feed the audio hobby a little.
At first, I thought it was mainly guitarists with vntage tube amps chasing the primo European and American tubes, driving the market, looking for the sound and durability we just can’t get out of most current production tubes. Then, I realized it was you cork sniffing audiophiles.
It's strange Jeff. I have struggled to like some old mullards ( circa 1940's) after one fried a tube socket. I do have Sylvania, jan military, etc that I enjoy. My go to are matched golden dragons.( genalex).

Thank you for the article.
I just bought some RCA Greyplate 12AX7s and AT/7 preamp tubes for the Pro Reverb. But haven’t swapped them in yet…

This old 055 will do today. Nothing on the plate today. Lazy Sunday. Sausage and waffles for breakfast.

Every time you prop a knife on that rock, I think it’s a nice chunk of beef. 🤔

Even though I know better…
Love it.
