One pot hot, one pot not.

The spicier batch got black beans and corn.
Those look great Jeff, do you ship? ;) 🤣 🤣
Carrying an unusual German-made Lambsfoot, from the 20's/30's today, along with one of Charlie's Ancient Barlows for my my Random Tuesday pick

You've been assigned two great knives for the week in those two categories, GT. Hope you have a great one.

You would be hard pressed to find two better choices, Jack.
Many thanks Jeremy :)
Interesting pairing today Jack. I like the TC's scribing.👌
Thanks Bob, one of Charlie's finest I think, a very bold idea
Good day to tend to the mountain bike. Going into mid 90's!View attachment 2310840
That's a lovely pairing  I keep meaning to pocket a Penknife more often, it's such a great pattern, and I have a lot of them :)

Carried these 2 all day today : Northfield 83 and Grohmann Bird & Trout

Even still had them when it was time to do the Vidalia Onion Bratwursts for supper

Continue to have the problem with not being able blindly insert the Grohmann back into the Sheath . I will be adding a tapered edge to the walnut handles . Grohmann does put a tapered edge on part of it , but it is not enough IMO and I will remedy that . It may break in with time and use , but I am not willing take that time .

Before you change the wood, (Always modify the cheaper, or replaceable part) you might try this:
Soak the offending end of the sheath with water. Wrap the knife’s wood handle with cellophane, and insert it into the sheath. Then push a wedge, like a wood shim split down the middle, into it on each - or just one - side between the walnut and leather. When it dries, it will be form fitted.

Brats look good!
…but they just told me it was a soft-tissue injury at the hospital, which is pretty vague,

LOL! :D Looks great Jeff, you are very industrious :)

Jack, if I don’t act busy, Mrs Fleschwund is going to give me the stinkeye, and a list of things I’ve been avoiding!

“Soft tissue injury”… Do Not confess that down at the pub over a few pints, unless you want to be the butt of some ribald joking.
Those look great Jeff, do you ship? ;) 🤣 🤣
I’m akways amazed that I get them downstairs into the pantry without breaking them🫣

I often send visitors home with a jar or two though, so do stop by! ✋

Dandy duo!:thumbsup::cool: I enjoy your quest for spey blades, since I'm also a fan of that blade shape. And the feathering on that horn handle is sensational.
Hey GT! Quest is a great description. These things are not easy to find. When you do find one....sticker shock ussually sets in. The chase is 70% of the fun for me though. Hope you have a great day my friend.
