Congratulations Paul, that's a generous giftThis Northwoods was sitting in my mailbox and I am once again gobsmacked by the generosity on the porch. A really awesome gift from @JonMcD . What a thoughtful and amazing gift, my friend. Thank you, Jon.
Riding alongside the Heritage Jack is the K'roo lambsfoot that was gifted to me by the King of K'rooRufus1949 .
I am a lucky guy. Thanks fellas. Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend.

Wow! Stunning pair Dylan!Thank you, Jack! Black and red still remain my favorites.
Hi Jeff! My only gripe with GEC’s linen is that it is a bit plastic-like for my tastes. It’s as if they used a lot of resin or epoxy and not enough fibers. I do like canvas micarta though and that’s where I feel the material starts to really show its merits. Plus, as you mentioned, it can take on an excellent patina.
I’m working with these two today.

Didn't have an axe handy?I have to chuckle when I read about a knives battening capabilities, I have used this to disconnect a power supply through 10mm sq armoured cable. It wasnt easy and I had to use a 3lb sledge hammer to beat it through,View attachment 2316371 but it did it.
Sweet pairing David.
