It’s a stainless 53 in Red Wine Jigged Bone and I know nothing about it really.

GEC used the red wine bone on two different releases of the #53 Cubans. First was a Tidioute branded knife in 1095 carbon in 2008; they made only 19 of them.
Then later in the same year they released the GEC branded knife that you have with the acorn shield and 440C stainless blades. They made 50 with serial numbers and 22 without. Here is my stainless one, #07 of the 50 serialized.

Awesome. I wish they offered more knives in stainless because my sweat is apparently a special kind of corrosive. I have a 99 and I’m expecting another stainless model to arrive today! I REALLY want to track down a stainless 62!
