What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

That patina is perfect! I know nothing of the maker. Can you learn me a bit?!?! Just keep it simple like you was talking to someone dumb. Because that’s what’s going down right now!
As far as I know all of Frontier (Powderhorn) line was made for Imperial by Camillus. They were an economy brand made from the mid ‘70s to the early ‘80s. They were competition with Schrade Old Timers which the Imperial Knife Associated Companies owned. I prefer the Frontier line over the Old Timers.

That sounds like so much fun, have a great time Bart! 😎👍
Thanks Todd. We had a blast. Lots of neighbors, food, and beer. The other brewers always give me grief when I brew a pale ale for the Octoberfest. They made up for it with a Pilsner, Kolsch, and Marzen.
Doing well , thanks.👍🏻 First walk today.
Glad to hear you’re moving about Bob. The surgery must have gone well. Hoping for a speedy recovery👍

I put the finishing touches on this sheath this morning, so I carried this one to work today.

Yeah, I did; they’re white Ash——one of the few survivors from an Emerald Ash borer infestation.View attachment 2364830
Love the contrast you have achieved on the darker leaf, it really picks out the blade and the pull notch. The hint of leopard skin patina towards the tip of the knife is very enticing.
But I love those yellow handles!. Loving that Powder horn on the shield as well, you can just imagine cutting patches for an old muzzle loader with that knife!

A pair of stunners Mr P
Lovely old Robeson Jeff :)
Thank you Mr. Jack.😊

Better over-knifed than under-knifed ...... I would say.😊
Definitely my friend, I try never to be knowingly under-knifed! :D
I really need both today 🙄.View attachment 2364547

Great to hear, Bob! I follow in your hipsteps tomorrow... 😲 :D
Good luck, I hope everything goes well
Yeah, it’s that time. What do you do with them? I remember Grandpa used to bring burlap sacks full home from their cabin in Missouri, lay them out in the gravel driveway, and drive over them with his Volkswagon to remove the messy hulls.
LOL! :D My Grandpa had a VW (had a Ford Pop before that) :D
Two new adds getting the call today.
