What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

It’s going to be a beautiful day here in the City the Bay! Ed, got today’s pic before the Recology trucks came by and left the bins askew. No big plans for the day but will do a little house cleaning before my daughter comes in from NOLA on Thursday. She’s going to a friends wedding. Keeping me company the EO lamb and watch pocket Lil Ike. Have a great day folks! 😀

What Jack said Jeremy.👌

Carrying this Opinel #8 with Padauk wood handle, I modded this one to have flat sides which makes this MUCH nicer to handle in use, less rolling in the hand from the original round handle.

and the top end of the handle usually curves up, which doesn't help much for me, so I ground that down and rounded it a bit and that made it also more handy.

Dealt with a few snowy Halloweens while in Minnesota.
The snow and cold snap should help any remaining greens you have. Collard greens were always better to me after a good frost.
A pie is a much better and tasty use of the pumpkin.
You’re right.
I picked and cooked turnip and collard greens last night.
All of the brassicas are fine with the cold ~ kale, broccoli, and brussels sprouts all doing fine.
Today I pulled four leeks and some carrots to go in the soup I’ve got going. And all the lettuce and spinach I planted in late September is fine. So are the peas I planted then. But even though the vines are four feet tall, they aren’t blooming, so I doubt they’re going to beat Old Man Winter.

Sounds like a great meal last night and tonight.
About time to do the dry beans or is that already done?

It seems that there are a couple of trolls who have been leaving 😡 responses to a lot of posts. I’m always wary of folks who block their profiles. 🧐
Do the trolls "think" leaving angry feedback will get those members in trouble?🤯😳🤣
They must be pre-double digit age kids ... that want to prove their being banned was the correct course of action.🙄
