What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Yesterday I received my prize from Bob’s Rufus1949 Rufus1949 recent birthday guessing contest. This Tinus Stone knife has a very nice refined look and feel to it. After some quick research, I think it’s the Small Companion model? I love the polished burlap micarta covers with hidden pivot and pins. It has a nice strong pull with a half stop that helps keep my fingers safe when opening and closing. It will certainly find its way into my pocket regularly. I can’t thank you enough Bob. I love it and I owe you one!

Rick and Mighty Pen, the Cayennes are hot, but not insanely hot like Habanero or Ghost peppers. The only other hot pepper I’ve been growing are Poblanos ~ the mildest hot pepper I know of, and my hands down favorite.
I can get away with judicious use of Cayenne, but my girls are more sensitive to it.
These are all that i have left, and are starting to turn, so I’m drying them, and will use their seeds for next year’s crop.
I dropped the ball this year. Usually I take a needle and thread, and string up a long string to dry in the kitchen. Then crush them up for cooking or pizza topping.
Consider yourself lucky if your girls will eat hot peppers. Paprika is as hot my wife can stand. Fresh ground black pepper is a no no. It is tough making chili with no heat. If I hear it up she cools it off with sour cream

Glad you like it Pat.
On the porch nothing is ever owed in my opinion. Just pass it on.🫡

Watching Pittsburgh play Cleveland with these two nearby. Since I was born in Cleveland and all my relatives lived in Pittsburgh it's a fun game for me to watch.
The ebony on my Norfolk appears streaked with gray or white. It's a trick of the lighting. It's really quite black.
