I used the peanut to open a package and the Cold Steel Roach Belly to cut a piece of cheese. The Buck 810 was out for another photo op and got included. Hope everybody is having a fine Sunday. Unless you're on the other side of the dateline, in which case have a fine Monday...I think...maybe its Saturday Oh shoot, just have a good day whatever day of the week it is wherever you are

We had a great time in the smokies this weekend watching the Gatlinburg Christmas parade. Most importantly, I managed to pick up a new knife.

Some interesting-looking cutlery there buddy I do like the CS Roach Belly, and your Buck 810 is a nice hark-back to the old leather and lino knives

I was actually just looking at the knife to get as my first Case. How do you like it? Is the barnboard jig comfortable?

It's really nice, I think you'd like it. The quality of this one is great, there's no blade play in any direction with a solid lockup. The barnboard jigging is very comfortable. It's nice and polished so there's no sharp edges, but it still has a nice texture and feel to it. I’m still carrying it today. I say go for it you won't be disappointed.
