Pony Jack & Angus Jack today. We just got home from a baby shower Mrs. Crappie put on for our daughter and son in law. It’s been a busy week with all the crafting and cooking, but all the ladies had fun. This is our first Grand baby and we sure are excited!

Spent the week at work in this Radiation Detection course. At the end of the week the instructor asked “does anyone feel overwhelmed by everything presented this week?” I thought to myself “who wouldn’t?” Next sentence from instructor “Well we did just cover a semester’s worth of graduate courses in one week, so…”

Thats gotta be wagyu, right? I have a couple wagyu cross cows and kept a steer from one of them this year to eat. He’s a bit more high-strung than I would like and I’m having trouble getting him to stay where I want him. I’m looking forward to sending him to the feedlot.

You are correct, it is Wagyu. This was a ribeye cap, and it was exceptionally fatty.
