Thanks Jack. I may have to post a "here's one I prepared earlier" shot over in the workout thread, because this thin clip blade is an excellent slicer, and I think my wife and I are stopping at the meat market for sausage rolls on the way to see "To Kill A Mockingbird" in theatre tonight. There will likely be no time for posting pics this evening.
 
This bullet jack has kind of found a home in my pocket. Been carrying it over a week, 'cept for my Sunday knife.

I am really enjoying the single spearpoint red bone TC Barlow and the ebony Pony Jack as a pair today...
