Well after yesterdays debacle I got round to skinning and prepping the meat for my Pies, a bit of a soak in the spices wont do no harm at all. I didnt fancy the skin in the pies so with the help of form members took care of that.
I used my best kitchen knife courtesy ofD Bloch and one of my all time favourite pocket knives, a Lovely Robeson courtesy of
