Beautiful canoes, that Case is something special.Canoes of the Week for me are by Case and by Colt.

Colt canoe with G10 covers and titanium-coated carbon steel blades (not sure why they coated the blades - eliminates the fun of watching a patina develop):

Congratulations my friend. I know it will be a great visitBeauty and the beast. You decide which is which.View attachment 2500240Post rehearsal/pre service shot while re-tuning. I put new strings on the Junior yesterday, and I need to keep re-tuning until they break in. View attachment 2500242I hope all a yall’s day is a fine as mine!
And it’s going to get better ~ three of my four Georgia Granddaughters are coming today. I get to meet the new one.
Our daughter has carried a 642 for a few years and gets along well with it. I usually carry something a little more substantial than a Astra Cub myself.Great photo! Inspired a follow up shot of my pocket buddy. Yes the rusty grip screw comes from use.

Great knives! I’m really hoping to score an Albers clip this year once he switches from the lamb foot. Yours just glows in this pic with those covers (burl?).
Our cattle are all pretty docile. If we do have something that regularly tries to kill us, it gets sold. It’s not worth having them around. Thanks for the help Bart, I feel legitimate although I'd probably fall off a horse these days, unless it's like a bicycle. I actually did know about heifers being trouble, most of my cow encounters are from sneaking into fields or finding them dead in the creek in my youth. You learned real quick that some heifers would back you into the barbed wire for fun. The bulls were generally sweet unless it was *that* time of year.
nice. I have the xl stockman and canoe from the series. Had the trapper as well, but gifted it to someone that carries the trapper more than I do.
WW! I've never seen those characters before. Do people dress like that just one day a year in your country, or is that standard cold weather clothes?
